Before Luffe[r], the baby seal, ended up on the dr.'s G4 Mac he lived on a Silja Line ferry in a big basket with a lot of other seal's. But on a autumn morning in the early 1990's just before the ferry arrived in Helsinki, the dr. and Peter "RoadTree" Gadebirk spotted the basket, and decided that they had to have a baby seal each.
In the first couple of weeks he was frequently used as a sword in competitions with RoadTree's seal, but people started to avoid them, so that had to end....
Then he lived on top of the dr.'s ColorClassic Macintosh fore a while, until he one day jumped in to the dr.'s bag.
After that he lived there and only went out to help programming on some of the the dr. and the great RockBear's university projects.
After that he didn't want to go back on the top of the small ColorClassic monitor, so he moved in on top of the dr.'s AppleVison monitor in his office at LO. And as you can see on the picture, sometimes he tried to use the keyboard.
When the dr. changed job to NET-Medier, Luffe of course moved along.
Fore a while Luffe[r] was the star of the dr.'s webcam, but now - after it closed, Luffe just ignores the dr. and claims that a Hollywood producer is due to call back any time now......
